Teacher Training Courses Available

1. Reaching Out to Unsaved Children (12 hours)
   
   
   • Why evangelise children?
     
   • Understanding the Gospel and using a Gospel tool
     
   • Understanding children's characteristics and counselling children
     
   • A look at the teacher
     
   • Teaching songs and memory verses
     
   • Preparing your heart to teach
     
   • Theories, presentation and demonstration of Bible lessons
     
   • Assignments, questions and answers
   
   
   Course conducted in English or Mandarin
   over 3 Saturdays 9 am - 1 pm OR 2 - 6 pm
   
   Minimum: 15 participants | Maximum: 100 participants
   
   Fees: S$80 per participant inclusive of notes, a file and a Bible tract
   
   Church is responsible for their own refreshment, if any
   
   
   
2. Teaching Saved Children to Grow (12 hours)
   
   
   • Teaching children to pray, witness and do quiet time
     
   • Missions and consecration for children
     
   • Creative review games
     
   • Making and using making visual aids
     
   • Bible lessons - preparation, presentation and demonstration
     
   • Assignments, questions and answers
   
   
   Course conducted in English or Mandarin
   over 3 Saturdays 9 am - 1 pm OR 2 - 6 pm
   
   Minimum: 15 participants | Maximum: 100 participants
   
   Fees: S$100 per participant inclusive of notes, a file, a growth tract and a Bible storybook
   
   Church is responsible for their own refreshment, if any
   
   
   
3. Preschool Teachers Training (12 or 30 hours)
   
   
   • Understanding preschoolers
     
   • Leading preschoolers to Christ
     
   • Biblical basis of teaching children
     
   • The role of a teacher and discipline
     
   • Learning through songs, finger plays, verses, review games and visuals
     
   • Bible lessons - preparation and presentation
     
   • Teaching tips and preschool resources
     
   • Assignments, scripture memory, questions and answers
   
   
   Course conducted in English or Mandarin
   over 3 Saturdays 9 am - 1 pm OR 2 - 6 pm
   OR 10 am - 5 pm during school holidays (with 1 hour lunch break)
   
   Minimum: 20 participants | Maximum: 100 participants
   
   Fees: S$80 per participant inclusive of notes, a file, a Gospel tool, a Gospel tract, craft materials and gift tokens
   
   Church is responsible for their own refreshment, if any
   
   Note: The 30-hour course includes all of the above under (3)
   plus puppets, making of puppets, gospel tool and practicums.
   Minimum: 15 participants | Maximum: 30 participants
