Irene's Prayer Letter: Prayer of Jabez 中文版 Oct-Dec 06

"Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide,
do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strenghen your stakes"

Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, "Oh that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain." And God granted his request.

As we come into year end, it is the time for me to evaluate the year's ministry and plan for the next. Infact it's not easy to balance between family and ministry, truly needs extra grace from God. Thus far His grace is sufficient for us, without God's grace and your prayers support, we would not be here. God is still holding my hands, He is my very present help in trouble. Thank you God. (Psalms 46:1)

In the new year, may the prayer of Jabez be our prayers too, as we move on by God's grace to live and serve Him.

Thank God ...

for guiding us through 26 Aug 06 teachers seminar. Nearly 70 came and were blessed through the sessions.

for helping me through Sept School holiday ministry. I went to 4 churches to conduct children's VBS camp and Missions Sunday. Reached out to 330 kids, 101 accepted Christ and 135 willing to let God use them.

that Isaac came with me and enjoyed learning God's praises and words.

for helping me to challenge Neighbourhood Church kids on Missions through knowing, praying, giving and going.

for blessing us through Isaiah's 2^nd birthday celebration with family and friends.

answering my prayers. My parents and brother came to a church Gospel show with us. May they come to accept Jesus soon.

Please pray with me:

for my Oct-Dec 06 teaching ministry in kids' outreach and camps.

for God's provision of new training places to train needy children ministry workers.

that God will touch His people to give towards the fund to develop CCS children ministry:

Increase CCS Children ministry resources - $300

Write and publish bilingual character building 10 story books set (Publish 500 sets - $5000)

Mission trips (2 for each year $2000)

for me and CCS staff wisdom to prepare and conduct 18/11/06 Christmas seminar. Pray for God's provision.

for all the children of the world, that they would be healthy and happy, get to hear the gospel and know Jesus.

for Chris and me to have extra grace and patience to bring Isaac and Isaiah in God's way.

for Chris and me to have Greater faith in God to trust Him for His provision and our loved ones' salvation.
